cramped room poor air conditioning

The room felt a bit cramped, not what i expected from the photos online. the air conditioning was struggling. It barely made a dent in the room's temperature. i mentioned it to the staff, but nothing changed. the limited space made it hard to relax fully. the poor air conditioning made sleeping quite difficult.
